This is an adult female in her mid-30's. She did not want to wear braces, but wanted to have improvements made to her upper rotations and lower anterior crowding. We treated her with two removable appliances (retainers). Retainers are often a better choice than Invisalign - they are more comfortable, less expensive, and last longer. She wore them 8-12 hrs per day for approximately 10 months. Now that her teeth are straight, she only wears them at night while she sleeps. There is also a nightguard built into her upper retainer to help prevent grinding.
