The Wii Smile Referral Contest of 2010

       

Throughout the year, many patients give us the ultimate compliment by referring family and friends to our practice.  To thank you and to recognize your kindness, we would like to introduce our "Wii Smile" Referral contest.

The rules:

- Spread the news about Chong Orthodontics.
- Tell everyone you know (and even those you don't) about the wonderful work we do here.
- Ask your friends to mention your name when they arrive for their initial visit. 
- Or, have them bring in a referral card with your name on it. Special cards are available at our front desk.
- You receive one entry in our drawing for each and every person you refer that starts treatment with our office.
- This contest starts Jan 1, 2010 and will run until August 31st, 2010.
- At the end of August, we will conduct our drawing.  The winner receives a brand new Nintendo Wii!

Our deepest thanks to everyone who has supported our practice through the referral of your family and friends.  Your trust and confidence are truly appreciated.


Summer 2009 Postcard Contest

We received many postcards from all around the world from our patients.  It was too hard to pick and choose from all of the exciting places and thoughtful stories, so we ended up drawing three winners randomly.  Cynthia and Megan won movie passes, and Arjun won an engraved Ipod.

Spring 2009 Baby Picture Contest

Because Dr. Scott Chong's wife was expecting their second baby in the spring, we decided to hold a baby-themed contest.  We posted baby pictures of both doctors and all of the staff.  Angela correctly identified the most number of babies (she got them all right!) and won movie passes for four.

Fall 2008 Food and Toy Drive

One of our former patients is the director for a local charity, Hope for the Heart.  After a fire burned down their warehouse, our office decided to hold a food and toy drive to help replenish their supply of donations for the holidays.  For every item donated by a patient, our office provided a matching donation.  We also presented the charity with a check for $500.  For each patient who donated, we offered an entry for a random drawing of prizes.  Ellie won an Ipod, Ricki won a gift card to Texas Roadhouse, Raul won passes to Dave & Busters, Khalida won a gift card to Best Buy, Emily won a gift certificate to Coldstone, Francine won a gift card to Starbucks, Christina won an Itunes gift card, and Timothy won a Blockbuster's gift card.  A big thank you to everyone who participated.  It was truly inspiring to see how generous and thoughtful people could be.

Summer 2008 Frisbee Picture Contest

We challenged our patients to take frisbees with the office logo on vacation with them.  Everyone who sent in a picture of themselves with one of our frisbees received an entry in our end-of-summer prize drawing.  We received several very, very creative pictures, including:  a little girl next to a giant snake with the frisbee in its coils, a golden statue of Julius Caesar with a frisbee in its arm, and a black and white photo of "We love Dr. Chong" spelled in the sand with our frisbee as the "O."  Sydney was our lucky grand prize winner and received an engraved Ipod.

St. Patrick's Day 2008

We filled a big green jar with all sorts of loose change, money, and pieces of decorative paper.  With actual money on the line, our patients were really excited to submit their guesses.  Jasmine came the closest and as her prize she got to keep all of the money.

Mother's Day 2007 Contest

To celebrate Mother's Day, we asked our patients to write a paragraph about what made their moms so special.  There were plenty of heartwarming entries to chose from.  In the end, Chris, Becca, and Jordan won passes to take their moms to the movies.
