This adult had an open bite, an underbite, and severe crowding.  He had a choice between jaw surgery or orthodontic camouflage treatment with bicuspid extractions.  He chose to do orthodontic treatment with full upper and lower braces and four bicuspid extractions.  His treatment took 28 months.
